Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns & Exchange: 7-day hassle-free returns/exchanges from delivery date. Returned products take 5-7 days to reach us. Incase of return, reverse pick-up is available (Rs. 100 fee deducted per order). Self-shipping required if pick-up is unavailable in your area. Exchange pickups are free.

Clearance Sale Items: Clearance sale items can only be exchanged or replaced. Exchange pickup charged at ₹149. Self-shipping option available.

Refunds: COD refunds can be issued as store credit or to a bank account within 2-4 working days after receiving the return. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 2-4 days or receiving the product. Shipping charges/COD charges are non-refundable.

Conditions: Items must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging. Refunds will not be issued for worn or damaged items.

Cancellations: Allowed only before dispatch. Please leave a whatsapp on +91 7874922255 for cancellations

Self-Shipping: For non-serviceable pin codes, self-ship to our warehouse (contact us for the address). Pack securely with order ID and phone number mentioned. Use reliable couriers like Speed Post; avoid The Professional Couriers. Refunds include Rs. 100 for courier costs (prepaid orders only).

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank details for refunds.
- Report undelivered orders within 24 hours of delivery notification.
- Notify us of damaged products within 1 day of delivery.
