After placing an order, if a Customer wishes to cancel their order, they should contact us by messaging us on whatsapp at +91 7874922255(12pm-7pm) or by sending an email to vellure.in@gmail.com. The email should include the order details requiring cancellation and a valid reason for the cancellation request. Orders can be cancelled online within 24 hours of placement, with a full refund of the order amount. 

If an item has been shipped but not yet delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Once a cancellation request is accepted by the Company, a refund will be processed upon receipt of the originally ordered product via courier. Refunds will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy and will be credited as store credit within 2 working days. The credited amount can be used for future purchases on our store. We are happy to assist with any further questions or concerns regarding order cancellations and refunds.
